ON EDGE: Outrageous Possibilities Opening

February 22, 2015

Here are some photos from the EDGE Gallery juried show opening, Friday February 20, 2015.

Here’s my small blue-backgrounded organic abstract on the wall (it’s the one on the left, mm-hmm).

My painting was definitely the smallest one in the show. This big painting in the foreground was my favorite.

Fancy artist list. A good show overall.

Twenty Small Paintings at Colorado Conservatory of Dance

September 28, 2013

I put up twenty small paintings at the Colorado Conservatory of Dance with my good friends and patrons, Heather and Jake Sutton.

These are for sale and the prices range from $40-80. The goal for this year was to try out smaller, cheaper, less skully paintings, and this will be a good chance to test ’em out in a kid-friendly setting yep yep!

Special thanks to @tcabeen for providing some of the titles.

Paintings at Luscious Nectar, Fort Collins

July 7, 2013

Checkemitout I’ve got paintings showing at the Luscious Nectar smoothie bar up in Fort Collins, Colorado during July 2013.

I was not able to attend the opening, but there appears to have been some breakin’ dancin’.

I will be live painting July 19 at this location.

I think both these photos were taken by the promoter and DJ, Chris Whitman.

My First Spray-Paintering

March 22, 2013

Here are some photos of a recent spray-paint project for my cousin in San Francisco.

This was a fun project. If anyone needs garage doors or regular doors or anything like that, lemme know.
I’m down for getting more practice at this crazy medium.

Large Black and White Abstract

February 14, 2013

I left a large abstract painting with some random dude* at my last job in Iowa before moving to Colorado four years ago. Here’s the painting on his office wall, I believe.

*Please note: Ben Dillon.

Collection of Ben Dillon.

Bordo Bello 2012 Paintings

October 27, 2012

Hey, I found a photo of my boards at the actual Bordo Bello show this summer.

Here’s a cropped version of an event photo from Wink Inc & AIGA Colorado:

Yes, I know I painted these on the “wrong” side of the board, but that was because it looked like there was some trouble hanging at the first show I participated in. I see now that they’ve got a solution for that with the wood strips.
